  • Anaheim, CA,
  • Albuquerque, NM,
  • Birmingham, AL,
  • Little Rock, AR,
  • Reno, NV,
  • Springfield, MO,
  • Wichita, KS,
  • Berne, Basel and Lausanne, Switzerland,
  • Ulm, Germany, and
  • Canberra, Australia.
